Collision in Shere – Cyclist Seriously Injured

Police accident signThe police were called to A25 Shere Road, near to Sherborne at 8am this morning (Thursday, July 24) following a collision involving a BMW and a cyclist.

The cyclist, a man in his 40s, was taken to St George’s Hospital in Tooting with serious injuries.

Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses. Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Surrey Police by calling 101 (999 in an emergency) quoting reference P14213938. Alternatively report online at http://www.surrey.police.uk/.
