Dragon Interview: Howard Smith, Labour, West Surrey Council Election Candidate

Dragon editor Martin Giles invited leading representative candidates from all the political parties standing in the Guildford wards for the new West Surrey Council to be interviewed.

The interviews have been conducted by Zoom, over the period April 25-30.

We are, over a three-day period, publishing those interviews, two on each day. The order of publication was drawn from a hat.

This interview is with Howard Smith, the Labour candidate standing in Guildford West. The interview was interrupted and as a consequence was conducted in two parts, the first on Tuesday April 28 and the second on Thursday April 30.
