Dragon Interviews on the Local Plan Decision

The Guildford Dragon NEWS recorded several interviews on the subject of the Local Plan. The most recent was an interview with Council Leader Paul Spooner who gives his reaction to the council decision to adopt the plan by 28 votes to 12.

Maddy Redpath, a Residents for Guildford and Villages candidate, standing in Holy Trinity Ward, gave her views before the council meeting on Thursday evening (April 25, 2019). Apologies for the poor sound quality.

Immediately after Thursday’s council meeting we spoke to Cllrs Nils Christiansen (Ind Alliance) and Geoff Davis (Conservative) about their expectations on the effect of the Local Plan on house prices in the Borough of Guildford.

And finally we interviewed Cllr Susan Parker (Guildford Greenbelt Group) who has been one of the leading opponents of the plan during the entire four years of this council.
