Fantastic Spirit Raising £3,477 for British Heart Foundation

The Guildford and Godalming branch of the British Heart Foundation (BHF) has said a huge thank you to Guildford’s Holiday Inn and its Spirit health club for all its fantastic fundraising.

BHF branch chairman Shirley West said: “People at the Holiday Inn and the health club have raised £3,477.50 for us. Patrick Fitzsimmons swam for 24 hours in August, and Hayley Bollons organised a large auction at its Christmas dinner dance.

“Their support is amazing and we as a branch cannot thank them enough. We had a lovely presentation that was attended by the Mayor of Guildford, Diane Lockyer-Nibbs.”
