Four Men Arrested in Park Barn – Police Appeal for Witnesses

Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses after officers arrested four men in connection with linked incidents in the Park Barn area of Guildford earlier today (December 10).

In the first incident, police received reports of two men arguing outside a house in Southway, Guildford at around 09:50. When officers arrived they discovered one of the men had left the scene, and two of the windows in the house had been smashed.

Two hours later, at around 11:50, a member of the public called to report a man carrying a large bladed weapon in Southway. Officers attended and arrested three men at the scene.

A fourth man was arrested shortly afterwards, and the weapon was recovered a short distance away. The arrested men are aged between 17 and 27.

In a police statement it was said: “We are confident that the two incidents are connected, and we do not believe anyone else was involved. We are keen, however, to speak to anyone who may have seen anything, or have any information about the two incidents.
