There were 232 runners in Guildford’s Stoke Park, of whom 32 were first timers and 34 recorded new personal bests. Representatives of 18 different athletics clubs took part.

Men’s placings:
Alex MCINTOSH (SM30-34) of Garden City Runners, was first over the line in 18:18 – 4th time in six appearances.
Justin MITCHELL (VM40-44) of Woking AC, was second over the line in 18:41 – has been first to finish on seven previous occasions.
David FREEMAN (VM45-49) of Tadworth AC, was third over the line in 19:10.

Current standing in the men’s annual points competition:
Justin MITCHELL (Woking AC) 298 pts.
Trevor WOOD (unattached) 257 pts.
Anthony ALDRED (unattached) 255 pts.

Women’s placings:
Claudia LANCE JONES (JW11-14) of Guildford & Godalming AC, was first (eighth overall) over the line in 20:02 – fifth time in six appearances.
Kylara HASSALL (SW30-34) of Folkestone Running Club, was second (12th overall) over the line in 20:56.
Michelle OLDHAM (VW40-44) of Woking AC, was third (17th overall) over the line in 21:32 – has been first to finish on five previous occasions.

Debbie STOCKWELL (unattached) 300 pts.
Hannah MORRIS (Dorking & Mole Valley AC) 293 pts.
Susanne BARNES (Woking AC) 270 pts.

The following runners recorded the best age grade scores:
Claudia LANCE JONES (JW11-14) was graded 79.70% for the time 20:02 (eighth overall).
Susanna HARRISON (VW50-54) was graded 75.35% for the time 22:31 (29th overall).
David FREEMAN (VM45-49) was graded 75.13% for the time 19:10 (third overall).

The women’s record is held by Katherine PHILP who ran in a time of 00:18:46 on May 18, 2013, (event number 60). The men’s record is held by Tom ALDRED who ran in a time of 00:15:30 on April 7, 2012, (event number 5). The age grade course record is held by Jane DAVIES who recorded a 90.41% run (22:25) on April 27, 2013 (event number 57).
