There were 266 runners in Stoke Park on Saturday, of whom 44 were first timers and 89 recorded new personal bests. Representatives of 22 different athletics clubs took part.

Men’s placings:
Lewis PEACOCK (SM20-24) (unattached) was first over the line in 17:33 – first time in four appearances.
Jason HARRIS (VM40-44) of Woking AC, was second over the line in 17:38 – has been first to finish on three previous occasions.
An unknown runner was third.

Current standing in the men’s annual points competition:
Anthony ALDRED (unattached) 660 pts.
Trevor WOOD (unattached) 641 pts.
David ANDREWS (unattached) 595 pts.

Women’s placings:
Samantha LUDLOW TAYLOR (SW30-34) of Serpentine RC, was first (16th overall) over the line in 19:31 – third time in five appearances.
Sophie LOVELL (SW25-29) of Guildford & Godalming AC, was second (23rd overall) over the line in 20:06 – has been first to finish on seven previous occasions.
Caroline PLEASENCE (VW35-39) of Guildford & Godalming AC, was third (26th overall) over the line in 20:43.

The following runners recorded the best age grade scores:
Keith SPACIE (VM75-79) was graded 79.54% for the time 25:15 (117th overall).
Jason HARRIS (VM40-44) was graded 78.54% for the time 17:38 (second overall).
Daniel FARLEY (JM15-17) was graded 77.53% for the time 17:57 (fourth overall).
