Two men have been jailed for drug-dealing in Guildford. Mohammed Hassan, 30, of Tottenham Lane, Hornsey, and Patryk Bolzan, 40, of Perry Court, Tottenham, were arrested in November last year after police saw them acting suspiciously in a car on Bellfields Road.
When officers approached, Hassan in the driver’s seat at first refused to open the door but when it was opened he was caught chewing a sim card and spat it out.
Cash found included £315 cash in Hassan’s inner pocket lining and a list of well-known drug-users in the door pocket.
When a large clingfilm package was discovered on Bolzan in the back of the car, he asked police: “How long am I going to get?” The package contained 108 wraps of crack cocaine and 59 wraps of heroin.
They both pleaded guilty at the Crown Court on Thursday, January 14. Hassan was jailed for 31 months and Bolzan to 28 months.
Investigating officer, PC Henry Bowles said: “That two more dealers are now behind bars should reassure the Surrey community and send a clear message that drug-dealing will not be tolerated on our streets.”
If you suspect drug-dealing is happening in your area, call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. Always call 999 in an emergency.

Good work by all the officers and prosecutors involved.
Just goes to show the value of having inquisitive police officers actively on patrol.
