I, with a number of Burpham residents, have been battling with Guildford Borough Council to manage the community spaces in Burpham that GBC does not have the resources to manage.

Collaboration? Partnerships? I call it “BS”. GBC isn’t doing it.

This particular journey has taken three and a half years so far. We’re on the second stage of official complaints and have had zero satisfaction so far.

In the meantime those community spaces sit empty.
