In response to: Evidence of ‘Laughing Gas’ Misuse Discovered in Effingham

I am extremely concerned to hear about the use of nitrous oxide so near to Effingham’s Parish Church. The path (known locally as the Bishop’s Walk), through the churchyard and then through the woods at the back of KG V playing fields, is a popular dog walking route and we are always pleased to see local residents using it.

It will be a great shame if people feel anxious about walking there. It is also very sad that others risk their lives for a snatched moment or two of “euphoria”.

I hope that as a community we can offer them better ways to ‘relax’.
