In response to: Ash Level Crossing Will Close Before Opening of New Road Bridge

Instead of moaning about when or if the Ash road bridge or “Chester Bridge” will open, or who told who what and when, I would remind my fellow locals that we have waited decades for a bridge over the line. Waiting a couple of months more should be no real hardship.

I shall just travel down Shawfields Road daily, until the job is done.
