A man has been jailed for 32 months after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs.
Mark Dadson, aged 52, of Fairborne Way, Guildford, was arrested April 2024 after being stopped by police in Onslow Road, Guildford.
When he and his vehicle were searched, officers uncovered individual bags of cocaine and cannabis along with scales, cannabis vapes and £450 in cash.
Dadson was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs and for driving otherwise in accordance with a licence.
At Guildford Crown Court on Tuesday, February 4, he was sentenced to 32 months in prison.
Investigating Officer PC Rebecca Etherington said: “The vehicle stop which led to Dadson’s arrest was as a result of the work Surrey Police is doing every day to target drug related crime in the county.
“Drugs can have a devastating impact on local communities and cause a ripple effect of anti-social behaviour, exploitation, violence and linked crimes.
