Man Pleads Guilty to Manslaughter After Assault in Guildford Town Centre

A 23-year-old man from Guildford pleaded guilty to manslaughter yesterday (November 14), after Jamie Smith, 24, from Elmbridge, died in hospital. He had been attacked in Guildford early on October 12.
 
Barney Thomas Christopher Coyle, of Frog Grove Lane, Guildford, is to be sentenced at Guildford Crown Court on January 6.
