Saturday 2 July

10.45am The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, welcomes guests at the Guildford Cricket Festival for the Surrey Vs Wawickshire match at Woodbridge Road Sports Ground, Guildford.

1pm The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Guildford Museum Reception and Private Viewing of ‘The 60’s & The 70’s in Black and White’ Exhibition.

1.45pm The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Guildford Lions Club Annual Charity Raft Race at Millmead Lock, finishing at the Waterside Centre to present prizes to the winners.

7.20pm The Mayor and Mayoress attend Southern Pro Musica’s ‘Four Seasons’ concert at Holy Trinity Church, Guildford.

Sunday 3 July

11am The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Guildford Model Engineering Society Rally and Exhibition at Stoke Park, Guildford.

12.45pm The Mayor and Mayoress join their guests at the Guildford Cricket Festival for the Surrey Vs Wawickshire match at Woodbridge Road Sports Ground, Guildford.

2.45pm The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by the Deputy Mayoress, Councillor Marsha Moseley, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of Surrey for a Civic Service and Reception at St Andrew’s Church, Farnham; by invitation of the Mayor of Farnham, Councillor John Ward.

Monday 4 July

10.45am The Mayor joins his guests at the Guildford Cricket Festival for the Surrey Vs Wawickshire match at Woodbridge Road Sports Ground, Guildford. The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, will also join the President of Guildford Cricket Club, Mr David Watts, for lunch at Guildford Cricket Club’s marquee.

3pm The Mayor attends the Students’ Union Meet & Greet at Union House, at the University of Surrey, Guildford.

7pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Lanesborough Pre-Prep School production of ‘Hiawatha’ at Markham House, Guildford.

Tuesday 5 July

1pm The Mayor attends a meeting at Millmead House.

2.30pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Made in Guildford Town Walk at Tunsgate Arch, Guildford.

6pm The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Guildford Arts/Yvonne Arnaud Theatre Arts Preview at Mill Studios, Guildford.

7.45pm The Mayor attends the Guildford West District Scout Council Annual General Meeting at the 1st Normandy Scout Headquarters, Normandy.

Wednesday 6 July

9.30am  The Mayor arrives at the Guildhall to prepare to welcome (at 9.45am) students from George Abbot School as part of their Year 8 Activities Week.  Having had an opportunity to ask the Mayor questions about his role as Mayor and First Citizen of Guildford Borough, the students will then have a tour of the building and learn about its colourful history.

1.40pm           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Tormead School’s Speech Day at G Live, Guildford.

6pm The Mayor and Mayoress attend a private view of the Lynn Painter-Staines Prize 2016 Exhibition at Guildford House, Guildford.

7pm The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by the Deputy Mayoress, Councillor Marsha Moseley, attends the Students’ Union Annual Election Dinner at the Rubix, University of Surrey, Guildford.

8.40pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Charlotteville Cycle Club’s Guildford Town Cycle Race Presentation at Guildford High Street.

Thursday 7 July

9.40am The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Kings College ‘Taking Control’ Event at the Holiday Inn, Guildford.

Friday 8 July

10am The Mayor attends the Valedictory for His Honour Judge Christopher Critchlow at Guildford Crown Court.

4.50pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Lanesborough Prep School Annual Speech Day and Prize Giving in the Great Hall at the Royal Grammar School, Guildford.

Sunday 10 July

9.30am The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Eucharist at Guildford Cathedral before attending the Friends of Guildford Cathedral’s Annual General Meeting in the Nave.

12.50pm The Mayor and Mayoress attend the Charlotteville Jubilee Trust’s Seaside Extravaganza at the Spike, Guildford.

3pm The Mayor and Mayoress join the Mayors and Chairmen of Surrey for a Civic Service at St George’s Church, Farnham; by invitation of the Mayor of Waverley, Councillor Christopher Storey.

6pm The Mayor and Mayoress join the Mayors and Chairmen of Surrey for a Civic Service Ceremony at Haslemere Hall, Haslemere; by invitation of the Mayor of Haslemere, Councillor Sahran Abeysundara.
