Tuesday 17 February

11:20             The Mayor, Councillor Howard Smith, attends the Charlotteville Jubilee Trust’s Guildford Pancake Races at the top end of the High Street.

Sunday 22 February

15:00             The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Jane Tyson, attends the Girlguiding Ash District’s Celebration of 100 years of World Thinking Day at the Victoria Hall, Ash.

Tuesday 24 February

17:00             The Mayor attends a briefing for the meeting of the Council at 19:00

19:00             The Mayor chairs a meeting of the Council in the Council Chamber.

Wednesday 25 February

14:00             The Mayor attends the Guildhall for a cheque presentation of funds raised for the Mayor’s chosen charities at the Rotary Mayor’s Christmas Carol Concert last December 2025.

18:00             The Mayor joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey District for the Mayor of Woking’s Woking Football Club Match Hospitality Evening at The Geoff Chapple Lounge at the Laithwaite Community Stadium, Woking.

Sunday 1 March

09:20             The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress and family, attends the Guildfordians Rugby Club Rugby Festival for Children at the Old Guildfordians Pavilion, London Road, Guildford.
