Surrey Police reports that officers were called to the slip road off the southbound carriageway of the A3 just after 4pm.
Emergency services attended and the rider was declared dead at the scene.
The slip road was closed while an investigation was carried out, while the A3 southbound carriageway remained open.
Police officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or saw the motorcycle prior to it, to come forward.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Surrey Police Collision Investigation Unit on 01483 639922 quoting reference number p14007155.
Shortly after the incident Surrey Roads Police used its Twitter feed to report that the slip road would be closed for some time and that an air ambulance was due at the scene.
A local resident whose house overlooks the slip road confirmed that he observed a police car parked in the slip road for about an hour, and by 6.30pm the road had re-opened.
