The popular Holiday at Home event aimed at older people returns to Guildford Baptist Church in Millmead from Tuesday to Thursday, July 20 to 22.

Booking is now open for three days of fun events that include Guildford historians David Rose and Carol Brown who will each be giving giving illustrated talks that take a nostalgic “trip down memory lane”.

A workshop, How Does Your Garden Grow, is being hosted by Andy Mckenzie and Dave Wright, plus films, dancing, singalongs and games, as well as lunch and afternoon tea and cakes.

The cost is just £7.50 per day, or £21 for the three days.
