  FPPPG and what is its purpose?
• 6.35pm The Fairlands Practice – Facts and Figures, David Willis.
• 6.40pm Services provided and how they have changed. Dr Marty McKendry will illustrate these changes by referring to case studies.
• Talks by a selection of clinical staff who support the practice, including:
• 7.pm Natasha Wasum, nurse practitioner.
• 7.10pm Dhiren Karia, pharmacist, Rowlands Pharmacy.
• 7.20pm Becky Phoenix, practice lead nurse.
• 7.30pm To be confirmed, physiotherapist or paramedic.
• 7.40pm Julia Heathcote, clinical managerial lead for the Guildford General Practice Integrated Mental Health Teams.
• 7.50pm Nicola Freeman, social prescribing service manager.
• 8pm Annie Holyoak, reception manager. How most effectively to access the practice for consultations and prescriptions.
• 8.10pm open forum chaired by Richard Broughton with Dr Marty McKendry, Annie Holyoak and Dhiren Karia.
