Notice: Find Out What’s Going On In Your Local Community

Anyone with an interest in supporting their local community and its groups and organisations is invited to a free event taking place at the Boileroom in Stoke Fields on Monday (February 13) from 7.30pm.

There will be speakers from some of the many community groups who use the venue and they will outline their work and what support they need.

George Dokimakis, the chairman of the Guildford Labour Party, that is hosting the event in conjunction with the Boileroom, said: “Afterwards there will be a shared supper, so please bring some food to share, and there will be an opportunity to talk with the organisations and see how we can all get more involved with our local community.”
