Notice: Free Gala Show Of The League Of Extraordinary Magical Gentlemen

The Society of American Magicians (SAM) are putting on a FREE magic show on Sunday, December 13 at 9pm.

The international cast includes Guildford’s own Paul Abbey, actor, magician and R4GV councillor for Ash South and Tongham.

Paul said: “Before becoming a GBC councillor, I started out as an Actor and Magician.

“My main designation within R4GV is for Community and Well Being plus Arts and Entertainment so I thought this would be a fantastic boost putting Guildford on a more international map!”

Director and host for the show, Anthony Darkstone Brook said: “I am joyous to have put together another SAM International Assembly Gala Show. You are all invited to join me and enjoy a truly wonderful show with a remarkable World Class Cast.

“Invite all your magical friends. As this is a high-end Classy Show, we decided to wear tuxedos or similar sartorial outfits. To spread that high-end energy, I am also encouraging attendees to dress for an evening out. It psychologically creates a good mind-set to get spruced up and get ready to go out. Makes folk feel better.

“And that is the prime purpose of this show. So get your glad rags out and get dressed to attend.”
