Prospective students are inited to Guildford College’s Summer Open Event on Wednesday, April, 26, 4.30pm to 7.30pm
There will be subject area presentations at the college in Stoke Road, and include:

Find out about its travel and tourism programmes and experiencing its simulated air cabin crew training room.
Attend beauty therapy, hairdressing and media makeup demos.
Tour its industry standard kitchens and trying out the culinary skills you could learn on its Heston Blumenthal-inspired cookery programmes.
See creativity come to life in art, photography, performing arts and media departments including its TV studio with green screen technology.
Experience a realistic hospital setting as you tour the college’s care skills training centre.
Tour carpentry workshops , electrical installation and plumbing workshops and engineering department.
Discuss how the college can help students improve their English skills or support if you have special educational needs.
Our staff will be available to discuss your options and plan out a learning pathway that works for you. Careers Advisors will also be on hand to chat to if you are undecided or need expert, independent advice.
Its friendly student services team will be able to discuss bursaries and financial support that may be available.
The college says you will be able submit your application to guarantee your place for a September start!
