Notice: Learn How To Restart A Heart

In support of Restart a Heart Day (October 16), staff from St John Ambulance will be giving free first-aid sessions at Castle Green Bowling Club’s clubhouse in Guildford’s Castle Grounds.
The sessions are taking place on Saturday and Sunday, October 15 and 16, every two hours from 9.30am. No need to book, just go along.
People can learn the lifesaving skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and how to use a defibrillator. The aim is to help communities gain basic resuscitation skills, increasing the number of people surviving out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.
