Notice: Medieval Studies Forum Will Focus On Sheep And Wool

On Saturday, November 3, the Surrey Medieval Studies Forum is holding a day of talks about sheep and wool and their importance to the economy of Guildford and Surrey.

It takes place at St Catherine’s Village Hall, Chestnut Avenue GU2 4HF, from 10.30am to 4pm.

Notable speakers will be Professor Chris Dyer, Dr John Hare as well as several local speakers including Dr Mary Alexander.

Cost is £10 payable on the day (£5 for full-time students under the age of 26).
