Pint of Science returns to Guildford from May 22 to 24.
It is a worldwide science festival which brings researchers to pubs, cafes and space to share their scientific discoveries.
University of Surrey researchers will again be at venues in Guildford town centre to explain their research over a pint (or other beverage).
This year’s venues will be: Pews Bar, Zero Carbon Guildford, the Star Inn (Back Room) and the Electric Theatre Café.
More than 30 Surrey academics will be giving 23 talks at the above venues over three nights, covering a wide variety of topics around their research.
They will answer important scientific questions such as: why should we care about Disney princesses?’ and beer brewing as part of a net zero future.
Join in the fun and hopefully learn something new along the way!
