Notice: Street Party In Onslow Village To Celebrate Royal Wedding

Onslow Village Residents’ Association is hosting a royal honeymoon street party in The Square, Wilderness Road and the village halls on Sunday, May 20, from 2pm to 5pm.

Wilderness Road through The Square will be closed and the association says: “The ice cream van is ordered, the cafe will be open, the new mayor is attending and we hope Anne Milton MP will be available to join in.

“The WI are selling cakes and exhibiting some of their wedding dresses.

“We intend to provide some tables and some chairs but we are asking those who can to please bring their own picnicking facilities.”
