The Merrow Residents’ Association is organising a free Zoom talk on Monday, February 22, at 8pm titled The Magic of the Heathlands.

Speakers from Natural England and the Thames Basin Heath Partnership will talk about the incredible wildlife and “extraordinary work local councils are doing to conserve the heaths for generations to come”.

The meeting is open to all, not just to Merrow residents.

The secretary of Merrow Residents’ Association, Henriette Whitehead van Prooije, said: “We are hoping that a significant number of people not only in Merrow but elsewhere in Guildford might be interested in registering.”
