Notice: University Of Surrey Wants To Hear Your Views On Its Activities

The University of Surrey is inviting those living in Guildford Borough to take part in its eighth annual Guildford Residents’ Survey.

Those participating will join more than a thousand local residents, who each year take part and have their say on a range of subjects relating to the university. Over the last seven years, the Guildford Residents Survey has received more than 7,500 responses allowing local voices to be heard.

Participants are asked to complete a short online survey, and to Have Your Say on a range of subjects relating to the university, with feedback informing the university’s local engagement activities over the next year, allowing them to know what they’re doing well and what they could do better.

As an added incentive, those who complete the survey before 5pm on Sunday, June 26, stand a chance to win one of three £100 cash prizes (full information and the terms and conditions are available via the survey link).

Ross Kelway, public engagement manager at the University of Surrey, said: “Our relationship with Guildford matters. We are the University of Surrey, but Guildford is our home town and we want to better understand how we can best engage with our local community right here on our doorstep.”

To complete the survey before it ends at 5pm on June 26 June, visit www.surrey.ac.uk/guildfordsurvey2022.
