Officers would like to speak to this man in the CCTV image who may have helpful information concerning the theft of a wallet at a supermarket in Godalming last month and subsequent fraud offences.
At about 2.20pm on March 12, a 76-year-old man was followed into the toilets in Sainsbury’s on Woolsack Way. Someone stole his wallet and made two withdrawals from the Sainsbury’s cash machine..
At 3.20pm, a stolen credit card was used to buy two iPhones from the iStore on Friary Street in Guildford. About an hour later, a man tried to purchase items from the iStore in The Peacocks Centre in Woking.
Police believe the man shown here may be able to help solve this crime. He is described as in his early 40s, of medium build and bald.
