Police Seek Witnesses After Two Men Fight in Bedford Road

Police are appealing for information about a fight between two men on Bedford Road, Guildford at about 2.40am on Sunday, August 25.

A man was arrested on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm, criminal damage and assault on an emergency worker. He has been released under investigation. The other was treated in hospital and discharged.

One man is described as Asian, aged about 30, 6ft 1in tall and muscular, with long dark hair and a beard. He was wearing a dark top, ripped jeans and trainers. The second man is white, about 20 and slim, with short blonde hair. He was wearing a white top, jeans and white trainers.

Officers want to hear from anyone who saw the fight and the build-up to it.
