Reader Writes That She Has Had No BT Service For Weeks

A Guildford Dragon NEWS reader has written in claiming she has had no service from British Telecom since January 21 and wonders whether others in Guildford are suffering from the same problem.Gillian Cameron writes: “I have had no internet or land-line connection since Jan 21st and have been told that some on Guildown are in the same position.

“Have also heard that BT Openreach has to dig up a road to repair, so could be off for ages. Cannot get any details myself. Using friend’s computer intermittently, but so inconvenient.”
