Stolen Vehicles Recovered in Normandy – Two Londoners Charged

Police have charged two men as part of an on-going investigation after a number of suspected stolen vehicles were recovered from an industrial unit near Guildford.

In a press release Surrey Police said: “At around 5:30am yesterday morning (Tuesday, August 15, 2017) officers attended a unit at Lynwood Nursery off Westwood Lane, Normandy, where several vehicles were recovered for forensic investigation.

Tomas Maniusis, 39, from Ilford, East London and Gytis Milcius, 27, from Newham, London, have both been charged with theft and handling.

They have been remanded to appear at Guildford Crown Court on September 14.

The investigation remains on-going. The police are requesting anyone with information to call 101 quoting reference number 45170089238.
