People of all ages who live in and around the Stoke and Bellfields area of Guildford are invited to an event where they can learn all about the many things going on in their community.

CASH In On (Community Activities, Support and Help) is taking place at St Peter’s Shared Church Hall in Hazel Avenue, Bellfields GU1 1NP, on Tuesday, April 23, from 1pm to 7pm. You can call in at any time.

There will be details on a whole range of community activities, organisations, and helping agencies who serve the area.

Get free advice if you are worried about financial pressures, benefit changes or ‘bedroom’ tax. Find out where you can go for other support and help.

Meet other people who live and work in the Stoke community. Business people, support agencies and charities who work in the area are also welcome to attend and take part.

There will be activities for children, but youngsters must be accompanied by an adult.

Free light refreshments will be available and the Guildford Bike Project will be in attendance selling good quality used cycles.

The event is being organised by an inter-agency lunchtime group that meets regularly at St Peter’s Shared Church.

For more details, call the church on 01483 572078, asking for Elizabeth Clark. Or send her an email at
