Two Children Seriously Injured in Shalford Collision

Two children suffered serious injuries and an adult suffered minor injuries as a result of the collision on the Shalford Road, near the junction with Pilgrims Way, yesterday afternoon (July 29, 2018)

The incident occurred 4.35pm. Two vehicles were involved a Skoda Fabia and an Audi Quattro.

The A281 road was closed in both directions while emergency services, including fire and ambulance crews and the air ambulance, were in attendance. Some casualties were treated at the scene.

A police spokesperson said: “We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision, or with any other information, to come forward. If you can help, please call us on 101, quoting incident reference P18181373.”
