Two Plead Not Guilty to Murder in Bellfields

A 23-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy have appeared today at Guildford Crown Court (Monday,  November 11) where they pleaded not guilty to the murder of 54-year-old Neil Tulley in the Bellfields, Guildford in August.

Joshua Ellis of Cedar Way, Bellfields was remanded in custody and is next due to appear at Guildford Crown Court for trial on 13 February 2014.

A 14-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was remanded into the care of the local authority. He is also next due to appear at the same court on 13 February 2014.
