Witnesses Wanted After Man Exposes Himself to Girls at Castle Arch

Surrey police would like to speak to this man.

Police are seeking witnesses after a man exposed his genitals to two teenage girls in Guildford on Monday afternoon (February 15).

The victims were walking near Castle Arch at about 2.50pm when the suspect exposed himself. The girls ran from the scene.

An image of a man police would like to speak to is released. Officers believe he may be able to assist with the investigation. Anyone with relevant information about who he is should contact them.

Investigating officer PC Jazz Smith said: “This was in daylight in central Guildford, so we are appealing for further witnesses who may have been in the area at the time to help.

“Fortunately, incidents like this are rare, but we want to put a stop to such obscene behaviour as quickly as possible.”
