Bernard Parke was one of Guildford’s great characters and a huge contributor to the towns wellbeing over his years of service to our community and council.

Those close to Bernard know that in his later years he became a keen supporter an independent approach to local politics and his infectious encouragement will be sadly missed. But he will never be forgotten for his enthusiasm.
