From Stuart Barnes
Does anyone remember Onslow Preparatory School? I was there in the early 1940s, I think from 1941 to 1945.
I believe it particularly specialised in helping children get scholarships to the Royal Grammar School in Guildford.
There do not seem to be many records about it but it was a very good and successful little school.

I went there between 1956 and 1960 and have very fond memories of my days there.

It was in a building called Orchard End, in Orchard Road, Onslow Village, Guildford. I was there from 1956-63 and yes, happy times.
