In response to: Countryside Campaigners Welcome Judicial Review of Waverley’s Local Plan

It is amazing that a five-year land supply must be found to make the plan “sound” and exceptional circumstances can be used for ignoring other designations (eg green belt) while the exceptional circumstance of an inadequate infrastructure, for example, our creaking sewers and roads, all controlled from outside the borough are ignored.

This whole planning system is full of inconsistencies, so I welcome this challenge as it has a direct effect on our community as well.
