In response to: North Street Regeneration – I Urge Everyone to See the Exhibition

Can I urge everyone who has a view on the regeneration application to put their comments into Guildford Borough Council using the online links Cllr Rooth has given [copied below for convenience, Ed].

Planning Committee members receive a breakdown of the comments as part of the officer report and many members will go online to read them in more detail.

I do stress that the committee can only take planning policy into account when coming to a decision so referring to policies including the National Planning Policy Framework and the Guildford Borough Council Local Plan 2019 in your comments would be helpful wherever possible.
